Session Planning Guide

We strive to make this process as easy as possible. To simplify things, we have provided an outline of our basic workflow and included some product samples for you to review.

  • During the consultation, we’ll go over your story and how you want it to be presented. We want to learn as much as we can about you so that we can tell your story in a way that’s true to you. We’ll also discuss next steps if you’d like us to help you tell your story

  • On the day of your session, we want you to breathe easily and to be comfortable in your person, your space, and the situation. We love authentic moments, so we’ll hang back whenever possible to let your story unfold naturally.

    *Our typical portrait sessions start at $600

  • The viewing session is where you will be able to see your images for the first time as a finished collection. During this session, we will make final selections for digital files, prints, and products. The selections are sent to production immediately after the session.

    *Print orders are customized for each client and are not included in the session fee.

  • After your selections arrive, we conduct our own quality inspection before we deliver them to you. Whenever possible, we love to deliver your selections in person because we love to see people hold their treasures for the first time

Our folio boxes are hand-crafted and hold up to 20 board mounted or matted prints. Each box includes an optional commemorative USB with all of your precious memories preserved in digital form. This non-traditional option is the perfect balance of versatility and affordability
